Two ways to use LoopIn
One Device
Use a single phone. Place it centrally, tap the mic and subtitles appear instantly. Perfect for one-on-one conversations or when others don't have their phone to hand.
Multi Device
Improved accuracy2-4 people each open LoopIn on their own phone. One person creates a room and shares the code - each phone picks up its owner's voice for near-perfect speaker detection.
How it works
Open LoopIn on your phone, tap the microphone button and allow mic access. Point your phone toward the conversation. That's all the setup there is.
Words appear on screen in real time as people speak. LoopIn's AI listens to the conversation and automatically identifies when a different person is talking.
Each speaker gets their own colour and label. You always know who's saying what — in a busy restaurant, a group of friends, or anywhere conversation happens.
Get the most out of LoopIn
Lay your phone flat on the table, face up, in the middle of the group. This gives the microphone the best chance of picking up everyone around the table.
LoopIn works best when speakers are within 1–2 metres of the phone. The closer the better — especially in noisy environments like restaurants and bars.
For bigger groups or louder venues, a small clip-on or table microphone plugged into your phone can significantly extend pickup range and improve accuracy.
Background music is the biggest challenge for any speech recognition. Where possible, sit away from speakers or choose quieter spots in busy venues.
Built for real life
LoopIn is designed for the moments that matter most — a dinner with friends, a family celebration, a work event. Hearing loss shouldn't mean missing out on any of it.
